Forensic Accounting
Durkin Group was engaged by the legal representation for a national equipment finance company to provide forensic accounting and consulting services in relation to litigation between the finance company and its borrower. We investigated the alleged selling of secured assets, the duplicate collateralization of assets with the various lenders, and the misappropriation of funds through a related entity.
